OTTAWA, ON – The Ottawa Citizen reports that the first location of CRAFT Beer Market in Eastern Canada will be opening in the nation’s capital next month.
The Alberta-based restaurant and taproom chain will be opening its fourth location at 975 Bank Street in Ottawa with an invitation-only event on May 11th, and a full public opening to follow soon afterwards.
The first CRAFT opened its doors in Calgary in 2011, and it has since been joined by outposts in Edmonton and Vancouver, with a second Calgary location also in the works.
As with the others in the chain, the Ottawa CRAFT will offer a large selection of draught beer – 132 taps, with 60% dedicated to Ontario brands – as well as “New North American Classic Cuisine” made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients.
