OTTAWA, ON – Ontario Beverage Network reports that a new brewing company in Ottawa has released its first beer at several bars and restaurants in the city.
Brown Van Brewing has been founded by Paul and Erica Braunovan, with the phonetic version of their surname being the inspiration for the company name.
Currently being brewed under contract at Kichesippi Beer Co., Brown Van Kölsch-Style Ale is a 4.8% abv ale described as a “delicious straw-blond beer with a fruity and malty flavour on the palate.”
Brown Van Kölsch-Style Ale is on tap now at Hintonburg Public House and The Black Tomato, with more locations to come soon. For more details, see the Brown Van Facebook page.
