TORONTO, ON – Burdock has announced details of the second in its series of beers to be released after spending some time in barrels from Niagara winery Pearl Morissette.
ERO follows on June’s BUMO, and is described as “a blend of one-year-old Brett Farmhouse Saisons aged in Pearl Morissette wine barrels with wild huckleberries & sour Montmorency cherries.”
ERO will be released this Friday October 28th in a run of approximately 3000 x 375 ml bottles that will be available exclusively in the Burdock bottle shop for $8 per bottle, with a limit of 12 per customer.
