VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing has announced that a beer described as a “deliciously drinkable potpourri” will be available across most of the country for the first time when it returns for its annual autumn release.
St. Luke’s Verse (5.7% abv) is a lavender, rosemary and thyme gruit that is described as follows:
St. Luke’s Verse pours copper in colour, with a white foam. Intense lavender aroma is complemented by contributions of thyme and rosemary. The flavours parallel the aromas and are held together with medium-bodied malt backdrop. The finish is medium dry with echoing herbal inflections.
Beau’s St. Luke’s Verse will be officially released next Thursday September 7th, and will be available through the autumn in Ontario, Québec, British Columbia, Alberta, and New York State in 600 ml bottles and on draught; and in Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick on draught only.
