Founded by spouses Jana and Patricia Dellapinna, Truro Brewing will be opening with a core line-up of four beers developed by award-winning homebrewer Jana – Willow Street American Wheat Ale (4.0% abv), Hub Town Honey Brown (5.2% abv), Cobequid Bay IPA (6.3% abv), and Exit 14 Porter (4.6% abv) – as well as the limited edition Trackside American Pale Ale (4.9% abv) brewed in collaboration with Greg Nash of Unfiltered Brewing.

All of the beers will be served in pints and flights in the taproom, with growler fills available to go. Food can be ordered from a light snack menu, or brought in from local restaurants.
