Bellwoods Brewery Releases Link Up Double IPA

TORONTO, ON Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release of a new beer in partnership with Link Up, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to “create opportunities for BIPOC folks to access education, make connections with industry professionals, complete apprenticeships, and become brewery owners.”

Link Up Double IPA (8.5% abv):

Link Up DIPA is the first beer we’ve centrifuged at Ossington. Centrifuging removes unwanted hop particulate quickly, so we can make extraordinarily hoppy beers that are even more soft and lovely to drink. This Double IPA was brewed with Citra, Loral, Mosaic and Simcoe hops and offers up delicious notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, sliced peaches and sun-warmed apricots.

Link Up is available now at both Bellwoods retail stores and the brewery’s online shop. Proceeds will go towards Link Up’s Cicerone scholarship fund, and Bellwoods will also be offering a position to a co-op student or apprentice from Link Up’s program.
