TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced its final beer-wine hybrid release of 2023.
Blaubeer (7.3% abv):
Blaubeer is made from Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon grape skins (🙏Pearl Morissette🙏) from the 2022 harvest and a blend of lightly tart barrel-aged beers. It tastes like freshly picked ruby red Jolly Ranchers and fancy wild blueberry pastries. At 7.3% it’s a delicious lower abv alternative to drinking Lambrusco.
Blaubeer is available now at both Burdock locations and the brewery online shop.
