VANCOUVER, BC – R&B Brewing has announced details of the latest release in its Mount Pleasant Series, named for the East Vancouver neighbourhood where the brewery has been located since opening in 1997.
R&B Enigma Kettle Sour is a 6.5% abv dry-hopped sour ale described as follows:
A pleasantly tart, soured ale, dry hopped with Enigma and Galaxy hops from Australia, and fermented with Belgian yeast. Dominant flavours of this golden coloured ale are pineapple, pinot gris and tropical fruits, combined with a subtle yet spicy yeast character.
Enigma Kettle Sour is on tap now at the R&B growler station, and will be available in a limited run of 650 ml bottles starting next week.
