VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has brought back winter seasonal The Hammer Imperial Stout for another year, this time in two different versions:
The classic, perfectly suited to tearing down the wall, is full of rich, roasted flavours and creamy mouthfeel, as always. A Bourbon barrel-aged version, with smooth oak and smoke notes, is somewhat more mellow in flavour, possibly suited for more refined hammering tasks, such as fine wood work or possibly the hammer toss.
Both variations on The Hammer are available now in select cold beer and wine shops in the Victoria area, as well as at the brewery.
