WHITEHORSE, YK – Yukon Brewing has announced plans to release three new seasonal beers exclusively for the Alberta market.
Known as the A.D.D. Series, the three beers will include: Birch Märzen – a 5% amber lager made with Uncle Berwyn’s Yukon Birch Syrup; Spiced Winter Ale – a 6% dark ale made with spices including cinnamon, cardamon, anise seed and orange peel; and Imperial IPA – an 8% IPA made with Goulding, Glacier, Millennium and Cascade hops. Each beer will be released in a limited edition run of 341 ml bottles packaged in presentation tubes.
Birch Märzen is available now, with Spiced Winter Ale to follow in December, and Imperial IPA in the spring of 2012.
