Red Cream Ale is a 5.4% UK-style ale described briefly as follows:
Saturated with nitrogen to produce a smooth, creamy head, this ale reveals a distinct bitterness. Its bouquet comes from a carefully selected English hop.
Red Cream Ale will be available for the month of September at Les 3 Brasseurs locations in Quebec, as well as at the anglicised The 3 Brewers in Toronto.
