QUEBEC CITY, QC – Bières et Plaisirs reports that Quebec City brewing collective La Barberie has launched a new series of limited edition beers with an ale that uses one of the most desirable hops in today’s craft brewing scene.
Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale is a 6.5% copper ale that was brewed using its namesake hops from New Zealand, and is available in a strictly limited edition of 3500 x 500 ml bottles.
Future beers in the series will similarly be limited to 1750 litre batches available exclusively in 500 ml bottles at select retail outlets in Quebec.
