VANCOUVER, BC & PORT MOODY, BC – Bomber Brewing and Moody Ales have announced the release of a new collaborative ale inspired by an epic narrative poem by Robert Burns.
Tam O’ Shanter Wee Heavy is a 7.8% abv ale described as follows:
Brewed with Golden Promise, roasted barley, and Honey malts, Tam O’ Shanter was then kettle-caramelized, hopped with Golding hops, and left to condition for eight weeks before being bottled, unfiltered. Enjoy this big beer with some sharp cheese, game bird, grilled meats, or lovely English trifle. Sweet and strong, Tam O’ Shanter is a beer for all occasions.
Tam O’ Shanter is available now in 650 ml bottles and on tap in the tasting rooms at both breweries, and on draught at select beer bars in British Columbia.
