TORONTO, ON – Laylow Beer Bar & Eatery has announced the release of a new limited edition bottle conditioned ale.
Cabrillo Ave Brett IPA is a 6.5% abv beer with the following description:
An initially malty IPA is fermented with two yeast strains, and brettanomyces. The result is a bone dry beer that puts forth complex fruit and funk, while retaining the memory of its maltiness.
Cabrillo Ave is available starting today (January 13th) exclusively at the Laylow bar in a limited run of 500 ml bottles.
