Preamble (6.4% abv) is a rustic dry-hopped saison described as follows:
We brewed Preamble back in December, fermenting it with a combination of the fermentation cultures from our two breweries. The beer was tank-aged for two months, to allow the mixed-culture character to develop, and then dry-hopped and bottle conditioned.
Dageraad will be hosting a release party for Preamble tomorrow (March 3rd), with the beer going on sale at 12:00 noon, the Via Tevere Pizzeria Napoletana food truck on site from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and a live jazz trio from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. For more details, see the Facebook event listing.
