HAMILTON, ON – MERIT Brewing has announced the return of a favourite spring seasonal, and the release of a new collaboration brew.
Tomorrows Earl Grey Tripel (9.1% abv):
Spring is here (almost) and that signals the return of Tomorrows Earl Grey Tripel brewed with Monarch Tea Creamed Earl Grey Tea! Tomorrows is a MERIT classic and one of the original ten recipes first designed for our opening in 2017. This robust Tripel is brewed for tea lovers – specifically our Head Brewer Aaron Spinney’s mom – and for fans of Belgian beer flavours. Tomorrows shows off custard and London fog flavours accompanied by a smooth, drying mouthfeel while the perceived sweetness from the tea creates a swirl of rich and simple flavours.
Second Breakfast Blueberry Buttermilk Pancake Sour (7.1% abv):
The ultimate breakfast (inspired) beer that’s so good, you’re heading for seconds! Second Breakfast Blueberry Buttermilk Pancake Sour is a collab brew with the good folks from Toronto’s Indie Alehouse. We got together and brewed with grand dreams of creating all the fruity, rich fun of classic blueberry buttermilk pancakes jumping out of your glass with a popping tart punch. Well, dreams come true, friendship is real, and Second Breakfast is here!
