DUNDAS, ON – Shawn & Ed Brewing has announced the latest release in its Anvil Small-Batch Series of limited edition beers.
Ontario Pale Ale (5.2% abv):
Pale Ale is a popular style of beer, hop-forward with a malty flavor, a golden to amber colour and moderate strength. Brewed with pale malt and ale yeast, it’s full of flavor but not heavy and very approachable. Our Ontario Pale Ale has all Ontario grown hops (Glacier, Cascade and Rakau) from two local growers providing a fresh, floral aroma and a nice balance to the malt body.
Ontario Pale Ale is available now at the Shawn & Ed Brewing retail store and online shop.
