TORONTO, ON – Halo Brewery has announced the release of a new collaboration with Barncat Artisan Ales.
Interrobang Dry Hopped Lager (4.5% abv):
After defiantly ignoring an entire category of beer for over six years, we finally gave in and made a crispy, hoppy, itty bitty little summer lager, in collaboration with Barncat. This hazy, adjunct-free lager features a simple malt bill of barley + wheat coupled with a citrusy hop profile presenting zesty hints of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Finish is crisp, clean, and pithy.
