MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat Brewing has announced the release of a new beer based on a classic style.
Clear & Crisp German-Style Kölsch (5.3% abv):
We call this beer a German-style Kölsch because in order to be a true Kölsch it would have to be brewed in Cologne, Germany. Made with traditional ingredients, this brew is made with an ale yeast and fermented at a cooler temperature imparting the gentle fruity esters and a crisp finish. The perfect thirst quencher for a hot summer day.
Clear & Crisp is available now at the Medicine Hat Brewing taproom and retail store.
