CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of a new beer for the new year.
Not Another Spiffy (4.5% abv):
Not Another Spiffy is a blended saison made with all Ontario grain, aged in American and French oak, fermented with a mixed culture of wild yeast and then bottle conditioned. A light, fun, and funky saison with a nice dry finish and notes of pear, tropical fruit, and vanilla.
Not Another Spiffy is available now at the Sonnen Hill retail shop and online store. As with all of the brewery’s 750 ml bottle releases, $1 from each sale will go to local community organizations.
