CALGARY, AB – Cabin Brewing has announced the release of a new small batch lager.
Flipside Phantasm Pilsner with Galaxy Hops (4.5% abv):
Flipside features the Omega thiolized yeast strain Lunar Crush. With a single high krausen dry hop and mash hopping in combination with Phantasm – a miracle powder made from dried and pulverized Sauvignon Blanc grape skins – it coaxes way more tropical hop notes out of the Galaxy hops than you’d think possible.
Confused? All you need to know is that it tastes and smells real good. We’re talking intense ripe mango and guava notes, with a little citrus and a light pilsner malt character. Normal this is not.
Flipside is available now at the Cabin taproom, retail store, and online shop, and select beer retailers throughout Alberta.
