Henderson Brewing Releases One Fine Day North American Lager and Pearson Scenic Route IPA

TORONTO, ON – Henderson Brewing has announced the 86th release in its monthly Ides Series of small batch beers, and the first installment in a new series inspired by one of the brewery’s flagship brands.

Ides #86: One Fine Day North American Lager (4.7% abv):

Photographer Joan Latchford‘s work traverses different cultures and situations, encapsulating a shared humanity of simple moments. Working the streets intuitively, Latchford’s candid photography captures seemingly insignificant points in time but her work forever freezes these fleeting memories and has turned them into something of a splendor.

Ides #86 is an Adjunct Lager brewed with corn, and is a callback to the simpler beer enjoyed in many of Latchford’s photos. Lightly sweet, crisp corn, incredibly smooth, and crushable. This is a 6 can series featuring 6 distinct photos with their own stories.

Pearson Scenic Route IPA (3.5% abv):

Following the success and popularity of our Pearson Express IPA, we’ve decided to launch a series of Pearson-inspired IPAs. Pearson Scenic Route is very hop-forward, with notes of orange peel, fresh pine, and tropical fruits. Firm bitterness finishing dry, encouraging another sip. The little brother of PEIPA.

Both beers are available now at the Henderson taproom, retail store, and online shop.
