Annex Ale Project Releases Quiet Skies Mexican-Style Lager

CALGARY, AB – Annex Ale Project has announced the release of a new Mexican-style lager that has “surprisingly little in common with some of the more mass-produced cervezas named after crowns and suns.”

Quiet Skies (4.7% abv):

Quiet Skies was brewed with Mexican lager yeast, a dependable strain commonly found in North American lagers, known for its ability to yield clean and crisp beer profiles. To enhance the drinking experience, a combination of Europils and German Vienna malt was used, creating just enough mouthfeel to remind yourself you’re drinking a beer. Through a conditioning process spanning seven weeks, this beer was carbonated while preserving a remarkable depth of flavour. It’s made using precise processes and high quality ingredients including hops with citrus notes so you can skip the lime wedge and still sip your way to a vacant or vacationing state of mind.

Quiet Skies is available now at the Annex Ale Project taproom, retail store, and online shop, and at select beer retailers throughout Alberta.
