HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the return of a fan-favourite lager, and the debut of a brand new collaboration.
Dort Export Lager (5.7% abv):
Dort is a sight for sore eyes! It’s inspired by the German export lagers of Dortmund, and it’s all about balance. It’s got a full-bodied golden continental malt profile, and enough hop character to keep in on an even keel.
Paloma Cocktail Gose (5.8% abv):
A few weeks back, we hosted our buds from All My Friends Beer Co., and put our heads together on this cocktail inspired gose. Inspired by Paloma cocktails, it’s packed with grapefruit, key lime, sea salt and mezcal-soaked grapefruit zest. It’s tart, pithy, secretly smoky, a little sweet and absolutely dynamite!
Both beers are available now at the Fairweather taproom, retail store, and online shop.
