CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of two new beers.
Gold (5.6% abv):
Gold is a pale lager made with German pilsner malt, a little bit of wheat malt, and hopped with German Perle and Saphir. This one is extra dry, snappy, and super refreshing. There are flavours and aromas of biscuity pilsner malt, and fresh flowers and herbs. This one drinks so smooth despite its strength. It’s delish!
No Worry (4.5% abv):
No Worry is a blend of three-year-old spontaneous beer and saison aged on Riesling wine lees in stainless for 24 months. This is a really nice blend. It has a complex funk with light acid and a nice full mouthfeel. It’s super easy to drink and perfect for any occasion.
Gold and No Worry are available now at the Sonnen Hill taproom, retail shop, and online store. As with all of the brewery’s 750 ml bottle releases, $1 from each sale on No Worry will go to local community organizations.
