TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced the release of “two new beers that are both inspired by sunbathing on the beach (and/or regular bathing in the bathtub with some beachy music playing).”
Todo Light Lager (3.5% abv):
Introducing Todo (toh-doh or toe-dough) (you don’t want that second one), our Mexican-style light lager brewed with real nice Ontario corn sourced locally from 100KM Foods. Breezing in at a cool 3.5% ABV, Todo is an any-and-all occasion easy-drinking lager. Drink ice cold, in the sun with a slice of lime (chef’s kiss). A perfect beach beer.
Nula Clementine Dry-Hopped Sour (5% abv):
Our freshest batch of Nula features hand-juiced clementines and was dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin for big boost of white grape aromatics. Bright & citrusy, Nula Clem lands more in tangy territory than the sour sector. It’s super juicy with a really nice freshly-peeled clementine aroma!
Both beers are available now at the Burdock taproom, retail store, and online shop.
