CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the release of the second in an occasional series of wild beers packaged in sleek 355 ml cans.
Wild Can 002: Nature’s Candy White Peach Wild Ale (6.6% abv):
This unblended beer was all about putting nature’s candy in your hand, via can. And while these peaches do indeed come from a can, before they were put there by a man, they were delivered fresh, juicy and en masse from our friends at Souto Farms who gave us their whole season’s harvest.
Then, onto our peachy foundations we poured a freshly brewed Saison made with 100% Hogarth and Red Shed malts. Patience was the next addition to this recipe and we needed a lot of it. After 7 months of holding our breath and another 5 to condition in cans, that long awaited first taste was everything we hoped for and more. It’s got obvious notes of stone fruit and some more subtle citrus and floral tinges from the hops.
