CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced a new release that brings together the best aspects of two very different beer styles.
Ocean View West Coast Pilsner (5.8% abv):
Dry and drinkable with a balanced bitterness, Ocean View exists at the confluence of two well-loved styles: the West Coast IPA and the German Pilsner. From the former, expect aromatic American hops. The influence of the latter gets the credit for the classic crispness and for toning down the ABV for maximum crushability.
Ocean View is available now at the Establishment taproom, retail shop, and online store.
