Bellwoods Brewery Releases Triple Berry Milkshark IPA and Bellini Jelly King Sour

TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release of a pair of “fruit-focused zingers”.

Triple Berry Milkshark IPA (7% abv):

Milkshake beers are a strange but delicious phenomenon brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla. They’re hazy, slightly sweet, and hoppy, with a velvety mouthfeel unlike any other. Some people love them, some people consider them blasphemy – luckily they’re an optional spice of life (that sell out faster than we can brew them). Plan for these awful, no good, sacrilegious beers accordingly. This edition features juicy blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries and a hint of frosty vanilla.

Bellini Jelly King Sour (5.6% abv):

You know ’em, you love ’em, you’re always-waiting-for-a-new-flavour of ’em. Today we get to unleash Bellini Jelly King, modeled after the Italian cocktail (made with prosecco and white peach). Our version starts with that classic hoppy/sour foundation, and receives a fruity boost from tart wines grape and juicy peach. It’s very yum.

Triple Berry Milkshark and Bellini Jelly King are available now at both Bellwoods locations and the brewery’s online shop.
