VANCOUVER, BC – Container Brewing has announced details of three new beers that are being released to mark the brewery’s 4th anniversary.
Rooty Toot Toot (6% abv):
A smooth and full-bodied dark spiced ale with real botanicals: birch bark, sarsaparilla, coriander, star anise, licorice root and ginger, for a distinct Root Beer-like flavour and aroma.
Penny Farthing (6% abv):
A balanced malt-forward English ale with a lightly roasted dry finish and hints of herbaceous English hops. Aged in a local single malt whisky barrel for one year, creating a whiskey-forward profile backed by a smooth, oaky finish.
Vanilla Bean Chocolate Stout (5.5% abv):
A sessionable stout with a smooth, creamy texture, cask-conditioned on vanilla beans. Brewed with the perfect blend of dark malt and cocoa, expect a rich background of dark chocolate with hints of vanilla, dried fruit and coffee.
All three beers will be released tomorrow (November 22nd) at the Container taproom, where Burdy Food Truck will also be serving up pulled pork sandwiches and other snacks from 2:00 to 9:00 PM.
