ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has released the latest edition in the Fox Box series of sampler packs.
The Fox Box Hoppy Mixed Pack includes two cans each of the following beers.
Mosaic Motueka Cold DIPA (8% abv):
A modern lager yeast, balanced bitterness and a cool fermentation allows this double IPA to be extra crisp and clean. Mosaic and Motueka Cryo hops add notes of citrus, candied berries, and a hint of pine.
Modern West Coast DIPA (8.5%):
A big bitter double IPA featuring Simcoe and El Dorado Cryo Hops contributing big notes of pineapple, passion fruit and pine.
Citra Eclipse Hazy IPA (6.2% abv):
Hop varities come and go, but Citra always remains. Still the king of hops, we doubled down and dry hopped twice with Citra and Citra Cryo hops and then boosted the citrus notes with a punch of Australian Eclipse hops known for their mandarin character.
Field House IPA (6.7% abv):
Intentionally unbalanced, this modern IPA is Double Dry-hopped with one of our favourite hop combinations of Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe, each adding their own layer of complexity and fruitiness.
Fox Box Hoppy Pack is available now at both Field House locations and select beer retailers.
