TORONTO, ON – Brewery, restaurant and live music venue Burdock has announced the upcoming release of a new beer created in collaboration with brewing yeast purveyors Escarpment Labs.
Brett Lime is a “highly funky” 6.5% abv saison that was brewed “using Florida Key Lime juice and 5 different strains of Brett over a 4 month ferment, and bottle conditioned with a Chardonnay/Riesling yeast.”
Brett Lime will be released in a limited run of 750 ml bottles at the Burdock retail store this Friday April 1st at 11:00 AM. It will also be on tap at the bar when it opens at 5:00 PM, while supplies last.
