Tidehouse Brewing Hosting Homebrewer Tap Takeover This Week

HALIFAX, NS – Tidehouse Brewing has announced that the four taps in its retail store are currently pouring limited edition beers created in collaboration with two local homebrewers.
From Ian Wheatley comes Platinum Tart (4.7% abv), a raspberry kettle sour brewed with Lactobacillus that Wheatley cultured himself, and SpryPA (6.3% abv), a hazy North East IPA hopped with Amarillo and Citra.
Meanwhile, Nick Snell is offering Smooth Criminal (5% abv), a Kölsch style ale brewed with the pilsner and wheat malts and Tettnanger hops, and Lanky Bastard (7%), a hoppy Saison made with Mosaic hops.
All four beers are available for growler fills while supplies last.
