NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing has announced details of its newest limited edition release.
Cydonia is described as follows:
Dry hopped with Simcoe and packed full of fluffy flaked and malted oats Cydonia bursts with notes of citrus, pine, and grapefruit. Fermented with a clean ale yeast this Oat IPA is a big juicy East Coast IPA trapped in a West Coast IPA’s dank resiny body.
Cydonia will be available tomorrow (November 8th) in 473 ml cans at Steel & Oak, and will ship next week to select private liquor stores.
