GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced details of the 18th of its 52 weekly beer releases for 2019.
Field Meadow Stream Grisette (4.4% abv, 25 IBU) was developed by brewer Brendan Woods, and is described as follows:
A light, dry, delicately flavoured farmhouse ale meant to satisfy your thirst on a sunny afternoon. It’s brewed with equal parts Pilsner and wheat malt, along with a generous amount of oats. Finally, it’s dry-hopped with the very unique Sorachi Ace hop, offering notes of fresh lemon and dill. An approachable beer perfect for welcoming in spring with open arms.
Field Meadow Stream will be available starting today (May 2nd) at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store, as well as select beer bars in Ontario, while supplies last.
