DARTMOUTH, NS – North Brewing has announced the release of the latest in its Breakwater series of sour fruit ales.
Breakwater Passionfruit Sour (4.6% abv) is described as follows:
This beer was soured in the tank with two strains of Lactobacillus and then fermented with Vermont ale yeast and a huge addition of real Passionfruit puree (no flavorings or extracts here). The result is quenchingly tart, juicy and super refreshing.
Breakwater Passionfruit Sour is available now in 473 ml cans at both North Brewing shops as well as private liquor stores in Halifax.
