Norwegian Wheat Ale (6% abv) is described as follows:
This Norwegian farmhouse style ale features a base solely of wheat malt. It was fermented at extremely high temperatures with Laerdal, a rare Kveik yeast strain known for its thermotolerance and fruitiness, we then complemented these tropical fruit and citrus flavours by liberally dry hopping with two of our favourite hops, Idaho seven, and Citra.
Norwegian Wheat Ale is available now on tap, and in crowlers and bottles at Field House. Bottles are also available via the Field House online shop, and will be in stock at select private liquor stores soon.
