ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced details of its latest wine-beer hybrid ale.
Viognier Farmhouse (7.8% abv) is described as follows:
Funky notes of a farmhouse beer and the fresh flavors of white wine – think effervescent tangerine, rose and peach. This beer was fermented with a Saison / Sach Trios blend and pressed Viognier grape juice.
Viognier Farmhouse will be released on Thursday March 5th at Field House, and will be available at select private liquor stores and beer bars next week.
