TORONTO, ON – Bandit Brewery has announced the release of two flavoured editions of the 6th annual vintage of its holiday beer.
Hibernator 2021: Rum-Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout Blend With Coconut, Vanilla Beans, Orange Peel And Allspice (10% abv):
Aged for over a year in rum barrels. Pouring a syrupy jet black, this strong beer kicks off right off the bat with sweet notes of coconut, caramel, and creamy vanilla, which lead to a warming finish featuring citrus notes and a subtle tingling spice.
Hibernator 2021: Maple Bourbon-Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout Blend With Chipotle, Cinnamon, Blueberry And Sea Salt (10% abv):
Aged for over a year in Maple Bourbon barrels. Pouring a syrupy jet black, this strong beer kicks off right off the bat with sweet notes of maple syrup, sweet & sour blueberries, and finishes with warming wood and spice flavours from the cinnamon addition. A pinch of sea salt rounds out all the flavours.
