ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced the release of a “tart and tangy ale” created as a collaboration between the brewery’s kitchen and brewhouse teams.
Familia Buzz Tart Ale (5.5% abv):
Familia Buzz pours a honey yellow, and has a myriad of flavours hitting the tongue and nose. You’ll pick up notes of mellow lemon, a fruitloop-like-fruitiness, an umami-like roundness and a hint of salt. Plus, you’ll notice mint, and a hint of earthiness, and herbaceousness. It’s made with lime leaves, preserved lemon, and local munstead lavender and honey. Familia Buzz is jam packed with flavours that highlight our teams’ passion and pride, so from our family to yours, cheers.
