WINDSOR, ON – Walkerville Brewery has announced the release of a new beer in conjunction with this weekend’s celebration of the 206th birthday of local businessman and philanthropist Hiram Walker.
Hiram’s Heritage Barrel Finished Scotch Ale (7.5% abv):
This traditional style scotch ale is small batch brewed and bottled by hand. It is finished in once used oak whisky barrels. The final beer is unfiltered, smooth drinking with dark roast and biscuit flavours on the palate and nose. A modern homage to our founder Hiram’s heritage.
Hiram’s Heritage will be released tomorrow (July 1st) at Walkerville Brewery in a limited run of 500 ml bottles.
