HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the release of the latest vintage of its annual winter seasonal.
Wishing Well 2022 Imperial Stout (10.2% abv):
An Imperial Stout with toasted coconut, vanilla, single-origin Colombian coffee, and Yerba maté. This bottle of beer is dedicated to the not-so-quiet nights of contemplation during our dark months. Cellar up to five years for further flavour development, or don’t.
Wishing Well 2022 – along with limited bottles of the 2021 and 2020 vintages – will be released at the Fairweather Holiday Market, taking place today (December 2nd) from 5:00 to 11:00 PM at the brewery. Remaining bottles will be available at the brewery retail store and online shop starting tomorrow while supplies last.
