Field House Brewing Releases Luminosa Hazy IPA, Black Riesling Imperial Stout & View-Master German Festbier

ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a trio of new small batch beers.

Luminosa Hazy IPA (7% abv):

Brewed in typical modern IPA fashion with lots of oats and wheat, this IPA features our new favourite thiolized yeast strain which melds its guava and passion fruit characteristics with Luminosa Hops. We dry-hopped this beer solely with this new hop named for its brightness and known for candied citrus, papaya and lemonade notes.

Black Riesling Imperial Stout (9.9% abv):

This imperial stout is full-bodied, dark, and smooth. Aged on Dornfelder grape skins for two months creating a velvet-like texture and allowing the roasted malts to meld with the subtle dark berry notes of the grapes. The skins also add a great depth of colour to this complex stout.

View-Master German Festbier (5.2% abv), in collaboration with Rewind Beer Co.:

A traditional Festbier brewed with the very finest Weyermann Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, Best Carapils Malt, Beat Munich Malt and Aciduated Malt. It was then hopped liberally with Hallertau Magnum, Hersbruker and Tettnang to create a rich bready beer with light biscuit notes and a suitably bitter backbone. Prost!

All three beers are available now both Field House locations and other select beer retailers.
