CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of a brand new traditional lager.
Pivo (4% abv):
Pivo is made with all Czech ingredients: Bohemian pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and Czech lager yeast. It has a nice bready malt character from the decoction mash, a little floral and spice from the hops, and a present but easy-going bitterness. It’s a real tasty beer!
Pivo is available now at the Sonnen Hill taproom, retail shop, and online store.
