VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the release of its newest limited edition beer.
Stave Us From Ourselves (10.5% abv) is described as follows:
We put our best wood forward, barrel aging this delicious imperial stout in twice-used bourbon barrels. Pours a deep earthy brown colour with a caramel-coloured head. Carefully aged with in medium toast French oak, leading to a full-bodied, roasted flavour profile underpinned with hints of dark chocolate.
Stave Us From Ourselves is available now in 650 ml bottles at select private liquor retailers in BC and at the Phillips retail store while supplies last.
