ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of the latest in its Cabin Fever series of sour ales.
Cabin Fever Mint Pineapple Sour (4.7% abv):
The next installment of our Cabin Fever series is a tropical twist with a local link! This Cabin Fever is a kettle soured beer fermented with pineapple puree, spiced with FRESH mint and lemon peel. We used 100% Centennial hops grown on our farm to hop this beer.
