Stanley Park Brewing Releases Red-Wine Barrel Aged Tripel and Champagne Ale

VANCOUVER, BC – Stanley Park Brewing has announced two new releases in its PARKBEER series of small-batch beers brewed at its restaurant & brewpub location.

PARKBEER Red-Wine Barrel Aged Tripel (8.5% abv):

Fermented on a blend of Gewürztraminer and Madeleine grape skins and aged in red wine barrels for 3 months, this Belgian Tripel offers subtle spice notes that marry perfectly with the bright citrusy characteristics of these varietals from our friends at Glass House Winery. With a subtle oak finish that lingers on the palate, this festive brew can be enjoyed now or cellared until next year for a smoother, more round experience as aromas of clove and citrus mellow and meld with red fruit and vanilla from the oak.

PARKBEER Champagne Ale (11.4% abv):

For this holiday season we wanted to brew something truly special to celebrate. Our 2021 Champagne Ale offers bright, high effervescence alongside notes of brilliant green apple and pear. With subtle flavours of lightly toasted bread and a bone dry finish, it’s the perfect beer to toast with this holiday season or cellar and save for a mid-summer sunset “cheers” with your closest friends.
