TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the return of an old holiday-themed favourite under a new name.
Comet Imperial Stout (10% abv):
We’ve brewed this beer before (under a different reindeer’s name) in 2013, 2021 and 2022, but in 2023 we wanted to give another reindeer a chance in the Bellwoods spotlight. It’s an imperial stout with coffee and coconut, brewed to encapsulate the flavours of the holiday. Comet is split pretty much down the middle between huge aromatics of both coffee and coconut. If that doesn’t sound delicious enough, it also tastes like a rich, bitter slab of dark chocolate. Decadent!
